About us and our kennels...

Hello and a warm welcome to you. We are Lyn and Paul, we have over 20 years' experience of owning and running dog boarding kennels in Oxfordshire.

Being dog lovers ourselves, we wanted boarding kennels we would be happy to leave our own dogs in. In February 2002, we moved to Drayton, Oxford and embarked on building luxury dog kennels to our own design - with lots of room for the important things, like exercise paddocks and private runs. The kennels were purpose built to the same standard as a house, with cavity walls, thermostatically control heating and double glazing.

Each kennel has its own individual outside run, which is accessed through a sliding hatch and opens onto a large grass paddock where your dog is given free running exercise at least three times a day.

In addition to the play sessions in the paddocks, during fine weather your dog will have access to their own private run all day. Due to the spacious design, each kennel allows pets from the same family to share a kennel with ease and still have plenty of room.

For safety reasons, we do not mix dogs from different families. However, we do allow like minded pets to socialise and play in the paddocks providing your dog is friendly and you've given your permission for us to do so.

At Acremead Kennels, our priority is to ensure that our guests have a very happy, comfortable and contented stay, leaving you with complete peace of mind...or at least one less thing to worry about!
