Terms and conditions

 Fees for the last day of boarding benefit from a discount of 50% of the daily boarding fee if collected during normal morning open hours Mon - Sat when notified at the time of booking only. 

A non-refundable / transferable deposit of £100 per booking to secure a booking. The balance is to be paid a day before arrival by BACS transfer. Please use a combination of your dogs name, your surname or booked dates as the reference when paying so we can locate your payment. 

 No refunds or transfers will be given for change of arrival or departure date/time with less than 14 days written notice. We require 14 working days  written notice of cancellation prior to the arrival date, without which you will be liable to pay the full outstanding amount owed.

There is a minimum charge of 7 full days for any booking during peak times July, August and September.

Charges are double the daily rate on 25th, 26th Dec & 1st Jan. All Christmas bookings need to be paid in full by 1st Dec.

Christmas opening hours are variable please check at time of booking. 

All dogs must be fully vaccinated, including kennel cough that needs to be given at least 10 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to refuse any dog that in our opinion appears in poor health. If a dog develops any sign of poor health during the boarding period, we may consult a veterinary surgeon at the owner’s expense.

Our 5* pet insurance excludes pre-existing conditions.

Medication & exercise will be curtailed if any dog shows signs of aggression.

We will not walk ill disciplined dogs that are unsafe to walk due to excess pulling and bad reactions to livestock/wildlife.

Owners leave pets at their own risk and no liability can be accepted for any problems, Acremead kennels will not be held responsible for damage to any property supplied by owner for their dogs use during their boarding.

We do not hold/book kennels without a deposit. Please return this form within 24hrs or you will need to check dates are still available.

We reserve the right to use images and videos of guests on our social media and website.
